About Morong Beach & Nakabuang Arch
Morong Beach is a sheltered cove on Sabtang's southern coast where calm aquamarine waters lap against fine white sand. The famed Nakabuang Arch — a natural limestone bridge sculpted by waves — stands at the eastern end of the beach and is one of the most recognizable images of Batanes. Picnic huts (locally called pintos) shelter visitors and serve as venues for fresh-cooked Ivatan meals.
